DI 009 4-Seat Open Desking Workstation in Delhi NCR

The DI 009 Open Desking Workstation is a 4-seat, back-to-back modular workstation built for growing teams across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. In a 2400 × 1200 mm footprint, four people each get a 1200 × 600 mm worktop, a 0.8 mm steel cable tray beneath the desk and a 300 mm front screen. The frame is powder-coated steel and the tops are pre-laminated. Made at our Faridabad factory and sold direct, it is a quick way to turn an empty floor into an orderly, productive team zone.

Included in the DI 009 Workstation

• 4 pre-laminated 25 mm worktops with PVC edge banding
• Powder-coated CRCA MS pipe frame for a 4-seat back-to-back bay
• 8 mm CRCA MS cable tray
• Front screens, 1050 × 300 mm, one per seat X 2 Nos.

Space Planning for the DI 009 Back-to-Back-Workstation

Footprint and clearances

One-bay needs 2400 × 1200 mm of floor. Allow at least 900 mm behind each row for chair movement, which brings the recommended area to about 2400 × 3000 mm per 4-seat bay. Increase the gap where staff walk behind chairs often.

Layout examples

• 1 bay: 4 seats in 2400 × 1200 mm
• 2 bays side by side: 8 seats in 4800 × 1200 mm
• Larger floors: repeat bays in rows with a clear walkway between them

Customisation and Ordering Process

1. Share your requirement. Send seat count, floor plan and preferred laminate and frame colours.
2. Approve the drawing. We send a layout with seating and cable routing for sign-off.
3. Production and dispatch. Production time as per mutually agreeable for large quantities after drawing approval.

Warranty and After-Sales Support

• Warranty: 12 months, against manufacturing defects in lamination, edge banding and frame welds.
• Not covered: normal wear, liquid damage to particle board and unauthorised changes.
