DI 1239 Woodbine High Back Boss Chair | Factory Direct
Buy High Back Boss Chair Online | Ergonomic Director Chair with Headrest | B2B B2C D2C Factory Direct
Every leader knows the moment. It is the third hour of a review meeting, the numbers are not moving your way, and your lower back has started a conversation of its own. A chair cannot fix the quarter — but it can make sure the afternoon does not cost you twice.
The DI 1239 is a high-back Boss Chair built for exactly that moment: an ergonomic L-shaped ply frame, a built-in headrest, high-density foam and soft-cushioned arms, all in PU leatherette. We make it in our Faridabad factory and ship it factory-direct, so one chair for one cabin and fifty chairs for a whole floor come off the same line at the same standard. Bulk orders can go up to 40% off.
Whether your cabin is in Manesar, Gurugram, Faridabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hosur or Madurai — or anywhere else in India — the same build quality arrives at your door. B2B, B2C and D2C buyers order from the same line.
What Is the DI 1239 Boss Chair?
The DI 1239 is a high-back ergonomic Boss Chair with an ergonomically designed L-shaped ply seat and back, an integrated headrest, high-density foam cushioning, PU leatherette upholstery, fixed-height arms with soft cushions, a torsion bar mechanism, gas-lift height adjustment, and a PP base with metallic finish on twin castor wheels.
In plain words: a proper boss-cabin chair with the comfort features leaders look for — head support, deep cushioning, recline and height control — made for single cabins and volume orders alike. It sits in our Senior Executive Chairs range.
What You Notice When You Sit
Headrest and High Back
Lean back at the end of a long call and your head has somewhere to go. The high back runs the full length of your spine, so your neck and shoulders stop doing all the holding.
High-Density Foam on L-Shaped Ply
The foam is dense enough to hold its shape through long sittings, and the L-shaped ply gives the cushion firm structure underneath. You sit on the chair, not into it.
Soft-Cushioned, Fixed-Height Arms
Elbows land on soft padding, not hard plastic. The height is fixed, so there are no levers to fiddle with between meetings.
Torsion Bar and Gas Lift
Recline with the torsion bar mechanism and set your seat height with the gas lift, so the chair fits the person — not the other way round.
PP Base with Metallic Finish
Twin castor wheels move the chair smoothly across the cabin, and the metallic finish gives the base a polished look under an executive table.
How the DI 1239 Compares with Other Woodbine Boss Chairs
Two comparisons help most buyers decide: one chair that goes further on metal and finish, and one that adds adjustable arms. The details below come from each product page on woodbine.co.in.
DI 1239 vs DI 1238: Soft Handles or Metal Arms?
Both are high-back chairs in PU leatherette with a torsion bar and gas lift. The DI 1238 Premium Senior Executive Chair has metal chrome arms with soft cushioning and an aluminium base on twin castor wheels, which gives it a firmer, more formal metal look. The DI 1239 lists a headrest, fixed-height soft-cushioned handles and a PP base with metallic finish.
Choose the DI 1238 if you want the metal-arm, aluminium-base look. Choose the DI 1239 if headrest comfort and soft handles matter more to you.
DI 1239 vs DI 1230: Fixed Handles or Adjustable Arms?
The DI 1230 CEO Chair for Corporate Offices is also a high-back chair with an integrated headrest cushion, but it comes with adjustable PP arms with soft cushion pads and a PP base in metalized chrome finish. The DI 1239 keeps its handles at a fixed height.
Choose the DI 1230 if you want arms that match your desk height. Choose the DI 1239 if fixed handles suit you and you want its extra cushioning and headrest.
Not Sure Which One?
Metal arms and aluminium base: DI 1238. Adjustable arms: DI 1230. Headrest, soft handles and extra cushioning: DI 1239. You can see the whole range in our Senior Executive Chairs collection.
Pair the DI 1239 With: Complete the Boss Cabin
A boss chair looks its best with the right table in front of it and the right chair opposite. Everything below comes from the same factory, so the whole cabin arrives together.
The Matching Table
Pair the DI 1239 with the DI 301 Premium Executive Table or the DI 302 Executive Table. Both have a wire manager on the top, so cables stay out of sight and the cabin stays calm. Browse more in our Executive Tables and Director Tables collections.
The Guest Chair Opposite: Medium Back, Revolving or Fixed
A high-back chair for the boss and a medium-back chair for the guest is a classic cabin pairing. You can go two ways:
- Medium-back revolving: the DI 1240 Revolving Guest Chair shares the DI 1239 style, with fixed-height soft-cushioned handles, a torsion bar, gas lift and a PP base with metallic finish.
- Medium-back fixed: the DI 1234 Medium Back Office Chair stays planted across the desk on a chrome-plated cantilever base with fixed aluminium arms.
Who Usually Chooses the DI 1239?
- Directors, senior managers and business owners who want a headrest and deep cushioning at factory-direct pricing.
